Logo que acordei tomei agua de berinjela com lim&amp;atilde;o.&lt;br /&gt; Depois comi meu mingual de aveia, com leite magro e a&amp;ccedil;&amp;uacute;car light.&lt;br /&gt; Fui caminhar meus 9km com 750ml de ch&amp;aacute; branco + verde&lt;br /&gt; Quando voltei lanchei&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tarde:&lt;br /&gt; Comi 1 bolacha cream cracker&lt;br /&gt; Almocei legumes ao vapor com 1 posta de truta salmonada&lt;br /&gt; com a camisa e o short ensopado!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomei durante o exercicio 750ml de ch&amp;aacute; verde.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comi 2 pepitas (5g cada) de chocolate para cozinha (preto) quando cheguei em casa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exagerei na quantidade do almo&amp;ccedil;o, mas nas calorias nem tanto!!!&lt;br /&gt;Comi dois pratos enorme de legumes, tinha de quase tudo: cenoura, repolho, piment&amp;atilde;o vermelho - verde e amarelho, aipo, abobrinha, cebola, alho por&amp;oacute;, couve de bruxelas, brocolis verde e seu primo albino, aquele branquinho... e muito mais! Cortei umas delicias do mar, umas azeitonas pretas e misturei.... depois completei com caldo do feij&amp;atilde;o de ontem que ainda tinha lulas dentro!!! :(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Noite:&lt;br /&gt;Jantei no MacDonalds. Quem disse que s&amp;oacute; vende gorduras l&amp;aacute;?&lt;br /&gt;Pedi uma sala muito boa com frango grelhado!&lt;br /&gt;Deixei de beber nas refei&amp;ccedil;oes, mas hoje tomei coca-cola pq tavam ofertando um copo at&amp;eacute; bonitim! Tem 6 meses que n&amp;atilde;o como bolos!&lt;br /&gt;Fiz assim:&lt;br /&gt;Cozi 3 cenouras e liquidifiquei junto com meu iogurte natural que fiz no dia anterior.&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos + 4 colheres de a&amp;ccedil;&amp;uacute;car light, bati na batedeira at&amp;eacute; formar um 'quase glac&amp;ecirc;'!&lt;br /&gt;Misturei o batido da cenoura.&lt;br /&gt;Pus a farinha de trigo e o fermento.&lt;br /&gt;FIcou lindo e super sem gosto! kkkkkkkkk... Mas fiz s&amp;oacute; pra tomar caf&amp;eacute; e comer com queijo que adoooooooro!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lanchei 1 fatia do bolo de cenoura c/ queijo cremeso light barrado&lt;br /&gt;1 nectarina&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomei + 750ml de ch&amp;aacute; 'ventre liso' .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lanchei perto das sete, 1/2 meloa (peq) com uma bola pequena de sorvete dentro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PIntei mais uma parede! Frango estufado, mas s&amp;oacute; comi o peito. 2 colheres de massa parafuso do estufado. Alface com fio de azeite, tinha cubinhos de abacaxi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomando 750ml de &amp;aacute;gua enquanto tiro os salpicos da tinta do ch&amp;atilde;o da casa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lanche 1: Uma fatia de mel&amp;atilde;o&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lanche 2:&lt;br /&gt;O mesmo shake natural de ontem, com 1 iogurte natural + 1/2 banana + 1 xic de gelatina pronta tut frut + 1 colher de mel&lt;br /&gt;3 bolachas maria&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jantar:&lt;br /&gt;Sopa de ab&amp;oacute;bora + abobrinha + o verde do alho frances + cebola + alho. Fiz meus 8 km em 1:20min com 750ml de ch&amp;aacute; verde + carqueja.&lt;br /&gt;Quando voltei tava morrendo de fome e fiz um shake natural, ficou uma del&amp;iacute;cia!&lt;br /&gt;Receitinha:&lt;br /&gt;No dia anterior fiz gelatina de tut-frut, 1 pacote para 1 litro d'agua, fica um suco meio grossinho.&lt;br /&gt;Hoje misturei 1 iogurte natural + 150ml da gelatina preparada ontem + 1/2 banana + 1 colher de mel. Passei tudo pelo liquidifcador. &lt;br /&gt;Rendeu 2 copos de 200ml, tomei 1 no lanche da manh&amp;atilde;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Almocei sopa de ab&amp;oacute;bora. Doura cebola na manteiga light, coze e amassa a abobora, mistura &amp;agrave; cebola, acrescenta leite, sal, noz moscada, cebolinha... Eu botei tb couves!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sobremesas da tarde enquanto pintava a casa:&lt;br /&gt;Adivinha???? Melancia, claro! rsrsrsrs...&lt;br /&gt;Fatia generosa de mel&amp;atilde;o.&lt;br /&gt;Aqueles 100ml restante do shake da manh&amp;atilde;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jantar:&lt;br /&gt;Ui, tive que comer carb&amp;ocirc;, tava mesmo com fome nessa hora. Nossa t&amp;aacute; uma fartura aqui... fartando tudo!&lt;br /&gt;Como n&amp;atilde;o trabalho, tenho que esperar o companheiro receber!&lt;br /&gt;Mas tou caminhando, fazendo ginastica com a Solange Fraz&amp;atilde;o (pela tv) e gin&amp;aacute;sio com as maquinas... as vezes fa&amp;ccedil;o nata&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o. Tomo meu ch&amp;aacute; todos os dias sem ado&amp;ccedil;ar, uso ado&amp;ccedil;antes ou a&amp;ccedil;&amp;uacute;car light qd tenho que usar... como pouco sal, n&amp;atilde;o tou comendo doces de nenhum tipo, nem refris... Requeij&amp;atilde;o light ou Becel light com as bolachas... Mas o legume e principalmente as frutas fazem muita falta na hora do lanche e fico com fome, muita fome, principalmente pq malho.&lt;br /&gt;MEsmo sem animo! Levei meu ch&amp;aacute; de carqueja + verde (750ml).&lt;br /&gt;Caminhei 1h e 1/2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lanchei 100g de ameixas vermelhas.&lt;br /&gt;Ja com 7.5 pontos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Almocei massa parafusos. Nunca fa&amp;ccedil;o outro molho, alem de tomate, mas leva azeite na hora de dourar as cebolas.&lt;br /&gt;Comi a por&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de 2 x&amp;iacute;caras, o que me rendeu 6 pontos, fora a gordura do preparado. Junto 1/2 fil&amp;eacute; de salm&amp;atilde;o.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A tarde fazendo calculos vi que j&amp;aacute; estava com 19.5 ent&amp;atilde;o fui dormir, kkkkkkkkkkk... &lt;br /&gt;Quando acordei j&amp;aacute; era hora de jantar.&lt;br /&gt;Tomei s&amp;oacute; leite com cevada, 6 bolachas cream cracker com queijo cremoso light. N&amp;atilde;o era pra ter comido carboidrato fino a noite, mas jah fazia tempo que n&amp;atilde;o comia cream cracker e tava com saudade! Comi sem neura, afinal, tanto rigor, tantos pontos contados, tantos exerc&amp;iacute;cios, tinha que me render alguma coisa!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Como era esperado passei dos 20 pontos, mas hoje &amp;eacute; o &amp;uacute;ltimo dia da semana da dieta VP e n&amp;atilde;o utilizei os 35 pontos flex.&lt;br /&gt;Contando s&amp;oacute; o flex, foram utilizados 24, mas considerando os bonus dos exerc&amp;iacute;cios, poderia subtrair e dizer: foram utilizados 10 pontos apenas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A partir de amanh&amp;atilde; come&amp;ccedil;o uma nova semana, novos 35 pontos e novas metas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ah, me pesei, mesmo com essas pisadas de jacas, diminuir uns graminhas... tou quase com 62 (mas pra tabela do grupo ponha 63). Caminhei r&amp;aacute;pido, fiz bem menos de 1h e meia! &lt;br /&gt;Quando voltei comi 5 ameixas vermelhas, elas s&amp;atilde;o pequeninas. &lt;br /&gt;Xiiiiii, hoje foi o dia de 'beliscar'! Dia de escorreg&amp;atilde;o!!! &lt;br /&gt;Comi 2 bolachas maria com queijo cremoso light e 10 batatas fritas, qd tava fazendo pro omi daqui de casa! rsrsrs... &lt;br /&gt;Almocei s&amp;oacute; sopa de grao de bico. Ainda &amp;eacute; a de ontonte, tenho que comer pq detesto jogar comida fora. N&amp;atilde;o tava azeda! kkkkkkkkkk... &lt;br /&gt;Toda vez que ia na cozinha colocava uma ameixa na boca. Acho que comi 1 kilo nessa bricadeirinha! &lt;br /&gt;Lembra da batata frita? pois, o omi daqui de casa n&amp;atilde;o veio almo&amp;ccedil;ar, a&amp;iacute; cobrir as batatas pq elas estavam debochando da minha cara. N&amp;atilde;o adiantou de muito, pq 17:30 peguei-as e comi com katchup! Tinha pouca batata e o katchp foi apenas 1 colher de sopa. &lt;br /&gt;Mesmo assim, nesta altura j&amp;aacute; completei os 20 pontos! Tava com muito sono.&lt;br /&gt;Mas foi engra&amp;ccedil;ado pq tinha duas vozes na minha cabe&amp;ccedil;a. Sabe o diabinho e o anjinho? tavam literalmente na minha cabe&amp;ccedil;a na maior briga!&lt;br /&gt;O anjinho dizia: Adriana levanta, tens que ir caminhar!&lt;br /&gt;E o diabinho: N&amp;atilde;o precisa, dorme at&amp;eacute; mais tarde s&amp;oacute; hoje!&lt;br /&gt;Mas o anjinho ganhou e eu levantei com raiva pq ele me fez levantar! rsrsrs...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Da&amp;iacute; fui me arrumar e depois comer minha  aveia, dessa vez n&amp;atilde;o triturei muito a aveia, deixei mais grossa e pus trigo em flocos tb. Ficou cheia de peda&amp;ccedil;os, passei mais tempo sem fome, pq demorou mais a digest&amp;atilde;o. &lt;br /&gt;Fui caminhar e levei meu ch&amp;aacute; (750ml), sempre fa&amp;ccedil;o uns 10km, &amp;eacute; uma estrada reta, 5 de ida e 5 de volta. Leva 1h e meia, mas hoje fiz em 1h 15min.&lt;br /&gt;Quando voltei comi uma ta&amp;ccedil;a de gelatina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No almo&amp;ccedil;o, tomei um prato de sopa de grao de bico com legumes, depois 3 colheres de arroz e 3 colheres dum preparado de carne com legumes que e fiz.&lt;br /&gt;Lanchei 1/2 ta&amp;ccedil;a de ananas em calda (sem a calda).&lt;br /&gt;1 barra de cereal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fui pro gin&amp;aacute;sio e fiz:&lt;br /&gt;20min de eliptico, eliminei 317 calorias...&lt;br /&gt;20min de bicicleta, eliminei 100 calorias&lt;br /&gt;6x 15 exerc&amp;iacute;cios para panturrilha na escada&lt;br /&gt;3x 10 remada de frente sentada (bra&amp;ccedil;os)&lt;br /&gt;3x 15 remada alta (bra&amp;ccedil;os)&lt;br /&gt;500 abdominais na m&amp;aacute;quina.&lt;br /&gt;Fiz 15 min de sauna, pra relaxar um bocadim.&lt;br /&gt;Tomei durante o exerc&amp;iacute;cio 750ml de &amp;aacute;gua com suplemento alimentar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hoje utilizei filme pl&amp;aacute;stico envolta na barriga. Sei que n&amp;atilde;o se pode fazer isso pq n&amp;atilde;o emagrecemos, &amp;eacute; ilus&amp;atilde;o, o que perdemos &amp;eacute; &amp;aacute;gua e quando repomos a &amp;aacute;gua volta tudo do mesmo jeito!&lt;br /&gt;Portanto: QUEM NAO BEBE AGUA N&amp;Atilde;O FA&amp;Ccedil;A ISSO, PQ A GENTE PENSA QUE T&amp;Aacute; EMAGRECENDO, MAS T&amp;Aacute; PERDENDO APENAS &amp;Aacute;GUA E SE N&amp;Atilde;O REPOR FICA DESIDRATADA. E DESIDRATA&amp;Ccedil;&amp;Atilde;O LEVA A OUTRAS DOEN&amp;Ccedil;AS.&lt;br /&gt;Fa&amp;ccedil;a o que eu digo, n&amp;atilde;o fa&amp;ccedil;a o que eu fa&amp;ccedil;o! rsrsrs...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jantei apenas ameixas vermelhas, s&amp;atilde;o pequenas e como morangos n&amp;atilde;o tem quase calorias nenhuma.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Passei dos 20 pontos. Botei duas colheres do molho de caril nos legumes pra d&amp;aacute; o gostinho! &lt;br /&gt;Lanchei 200ml de leite com cereal matinal (tenho mais nada em casa, aff! tou ferrada!) &lt;br /&gt;Jantei sopa de gr&amp;atilde;o de bico com legumes. &lt;br /&gt;Fui pro gin&amp;aacute;sio e fiz: &lt;br /&gt;20min de el&amp;iacute;ptico, carga 3 - eliminei 315 calorias &lt;br /&gt;20min de bicicleta, carga 6 - eliminei 110 calorias &lt;br /&gt;4x 15 de exerc&amp;iacute;cios para panturrilha na escada. &lt;br /&gt;500 abdominais (n&amp;atilde;o se espantem, &amp;eacute; na m&amp;aacute;quina e o mais dif&amp;iacute;cil &amp;eacute; contar! rsrsrs...) &lt;br /&gt;Muscula&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o: &lt;br /&gt;3x 10 no remo de frente sentado (bra&amp;ccedil;os) &lt;br /&gt;3x 10 na remada alta (bra&amp;ccedil;os) &lt;br /&gt;Tomei durante os exerc&amp;iacute;cos 750ml de ch&amp;aacute; gelado: verde + carqueja. &lt;br /&gt;Cheguei morta de fome!!! kkkkkkkkkkkkk... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tenho uma duvida: &lt;br /&gt;Hoje fiz 2h e 30min de exerc&amp;iacute;cios moderado. Salguei pouco, pus lim&amp;atilde;o e envolvi num papel laminado e foi pro forno. &lt;br /&gt;N&amp;atilde;o resisti &amp;agrave;s batatas gratinadas do meu companheiro, mas s&amp;oacute; peguei duas rodelinhas e duas colheradas do molho. &lt;br /&gt;Lanchei uma ta&amp;ccedil;a de gelatina &lt;br /&gt;Tomei sopa do VP no jantar &lt;br /&gt;Fui caminhar, 1h e meia (10km), levei 750ml de uma mistura de ch&amp;aacute; de carqueja e verde, nao bebi tudo pq fiquei com vontade de fazer xixi! rsrs... E o caminho nao tem nenhum lugar pra fazer! (&amp;Eacute; bom pra digest&amp;atilde;o!) &lt;br /&gt;No almo&amp;ccedil;o: &lt;br /&gt;Fiz legumes ao vapor e juntei 1 concha de feij&amp;atilde;o com lulas. &lt;br /&gt;No meio da tarde parou de chover e fui caminhar. Fiz 10 km, 1h e meia. Tomei durante a caminhada 750ml de um mix de ch&amp;aacute;: verde, carqueja e cidreira! &lt;br /&gt;N&amp;atilde;o tive fome a tarde, estava meio enjoada devido a menstru&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o que vai descer, por isso n&amp;atilde;o lanchei. &lt;br /&gt;Mas a noite comi cereal com leite magro. Pouquinho... continuo sem fome... c&amp;oacute;licas, dor de cabe&amp;ccedil;a e enjoada! Aff, as pernas vao come&amp;ccedil;ar a doer tb! &lt;br /&gt;Fechei o dia com 20 pontos contados. N&amp;atilde;o usei flex nem bonus dos exerc&amp;iacute;cios!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;**********************************************&lt;br /&gt;Ontem comecei com a nova tabela da dieta dos pontos.&lt;br /&gt;Na verdade &amp;eacute; parecido com a dieta dos pontos, mas na verdade &amp;eacute; a dieta do VP (vigilantes do peso).&lt;br /&gt;Esse &amp;eacute; um bocadim diferente nas contas, agora posso comer at&amp;eacute; 20 pontos!&lt;br /&gt;Tenho 35 pontos flex semanal, que posso usar ou n&amp;atilde;o. E tamb&amp;eacute;m bonus dos exerc&amp;iacute;cios!&lt;br /&gt;Comecei com essa pq o material que tenho &amp;eacute; mais completo. E junto vem uma calculadora pra fazer os calculos dos novos alimentos que vai aparecendo. No outro eu tinha que quebrar a cabe&amp;ccedil;a com regrinhas de quatro e tal. rsrsrs...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bom, nao posso comer menos de 20 pontos, da&amp;iacute; passei dos 20... rsrsrs... Aff!!! Sim, foram pretos de culin&amp;aacute;ria, pq s&amp;oacute; compro desses agora pra comer qd sinto falta! E foi chocolate derretido com 'bananas'. Fiquei passando mal. M&amp;oacute; vontade de vomitar! Mas sei que passei dos pontos ontem. &lt;br /&gt;Tamb&amp;eacute;m n&amp;atilde;o fiz exerc&amp;iacute;cos. Fiz 5km.&lt;br /&gt;Tomei 500ml de &amp;aacute;gua.&lt;br /&gt;Tomei 300ml  de ch&amp;aacute; de carqueja sem a&amp;ccedil;&amp;uacute;car. Ate que esse desce...&lt;br /&gt;Lanche foi uma p&amp;ecirc;ra, um copo de suco de gelatina! kkkkkkkkkkkkkk... e comi duas cream crecker. = 36 pontos&lt;br /&gt;No Jantar: Leite com cereais e depois uma ma&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde; =  80 pontos.&lt;br /&gt;Fechei o dia com 360 pontos. Pois &amp;eacute;, mudei de ideia, comprei as coisas pra dieta de shangri-l&amp;aacute; ma resolvi nao fazer ela, pelo menos n&amp;atilde;o ainda...&lt;br /&gt;Tamb&amp;eacute;m comprei o livro da dieta de South Beach, mas essa &amp;eacute; outra que nunca tive coragem de come&amp;ccedil;ar! rsrsrs...&lt;br /&gt;Vamos na dos pontos n&amp;eacute;? afinal, fica sendo como uma re-educa&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o alimentar.&lt;br /&gt;Como falei, comecei ontem, fui muito disciplinada, anotei tudim, mas como &amp;eacute; no pc a planilha e hoje tive que substituir pelas anota&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es de hoje, terminei esquecendo! kkkkkkkkkkkk... S&amp;oacute; sei dos pontos, fiz ontem 320 pontos e nao fiz exerc&amp;iacute;cio nenhum.&lt;br /&gt;Falar nisso, ando com pregui&amp;ccedil;a essa semana, mas vou voltar a ativa novamente... &amp;Eacute; que essa semana ando saudosa da fam&amp;iacute;lia l&amp;aacute; no Brasil e tou mesmo triste, sem &amp;acirc;nimo nenhum...&lt;br /&gt;Mas tou suando bastante, at&amp;eacute; exagerei algumas vezes...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ent&amp;atilde;o vamos ao resumo do meu dia!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ontem 320 pontos e nehum exerc&amp;iacute;cio.&lt;br /&gt;Hoje 231 pontos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hoje foi pouco n&amp;eacute;? mas n&amp;atilde;o passei fome n&amp;atilde;o. Soube escolher os alimentos apenas. &lt;br /&gt;Tipo: comi arroz, feij&amp;atilde;o, bife de frango, saladas, gelatina de cha verde, 1 pepita de chocolate, ma&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;, sopa, leite, shack de cappuccino, mingau de aveia integral com leite magro. Uso a&amp;ccedil;&amp;uacute;car light ou ado&amp;ccedil;ante, tomei ch&amp;aacute;... isso me sustentou bem durante o dia. N&amp;atilde;o tomei &amp;aacute;gua, pequei nisso!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tamb&amp;eacute;m malhei... pouquinho... mas malhei! Fiz 50 min. 30min de el&amp;iacute;ptico com carga 3, nesse eliminei 410 calorias!! Hoje tou com 65! Mas estacionei, quase nao como e nao saio desse peso h&amp;aacute; semanas (acho que meses).&lt;br /&gt;Tou fazendo muito exerc&amp;iacute;cios e acredito que tou pegando massa muscular! Mas vamos combinar? N&amp;atilde;o deveria pesar tanto, isso confunde a gente e at&amp;eacute; frusta!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bom, cheguei aos 65, fazendo dieta como uma boa mocinha: comendo muita fruta, muitos legume, reduzinho nos carboidratos finos, tomando muita &amp;aacute;gua, evitando gorduras, tirando o liquido do almo&amp;ccedil;o / jantar e l&amp;oacute;gico, fazendo exerc&amp;iacute;cios!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mas agora que estacionei e tou come&amp;ccedil;ando a ficar angustiada, vou entrar nessa nova dieta, a Shangri-l&amp;aacute;, parece ser f&amp;aacute;cil, vou ver no que d&amp;aacute;!
